Use of the service
Yes We're Coming is for sending invitations to people you actually know and have a reasonable expectation will want to receive your message. Don't use this service to send unsolicited messages, marketing, or spam. We will terminate accounts that do.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without permission, contact us immediately.
Your content
You own the content you create — your event details, your invitation designs, your guest lists. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content as needed to provide the service. We don't claim ownership of your invitations.
Service availability
We work hard to keep the service running reliably, but we make no guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Plan critical events with appropriate margin.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when reasonable.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change materially, we'll notify active users by email. Continued use of the service after a notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
